What's included in your Orientation:

Session 1
Intro & Assessment

Meet your instructor, explore the studio, and learn the core Pilates concepts. We’ll assess your needs and teach you foundational exercises on the Reformer. This session sets the stage for a safe and practice.

Session 2

Building on the Basics

Review and refine what you’ve learned, continue working on the Reformer, and explore exercises on the Pilates Chair. We’ll deepen your understanding of Pilates principles and expand your repertoire.

Session 3
Integration & Next Steps

Practice what you have already learned and try the Cadillac. We will now introduce you to our unique blend of Contemporary Pilates and Postural Restoration - setting you on the path to transformative results.
